Zovatti guarantees all of its time pieces against manufacturing defects for the life of the watch. You can rest assured knowing that your time piece will always be of the highest quality standards. If you do discover a defect, simply ship the watch to Zovatti, and we will repair or replace it.

What is covered in the Lifetime Guarantee

Manufacturer defects upon receiving the watch.

Manufacturer defects during normal usage of the watch. Normal usage is defined as using the watches original functions without modification within the limitations of the watches original design.


What is not covered in the Lifetime Guarantee

A battery replacement.

Damage to the watch by impact.

The wear of the watch band.

Damage caused by the user or third party replacement, modification, or repair of a watch component. Including the battery, the watch band, internal components, watch band links, and all other components of the watch.

A watch that was replaced or exchanged beyond 90 days or original mailing of the item.


If I purchased the item during a sale or with a discount code, can I return or exchange the item, what is the warranty coverage, and what is the value of the item?

Item purchased during sale are non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless specifically stated in sale advertisement.

Normal warranty against manufacturing discounts apply even if purchased with discount code or on sale unless specifically stated.

Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale have a value based after the discount or sale is applied. Items are not returnable for MSRP

Returns will still require the customer to return the watch via mail.

Restocking fee will be based on the MSRP of the item before any discounts or sales are applied.


If I purchased the item from a third party, can I return or exchange the item, what is the warranty coverage, and what is the value of the item?

Item purchased from a third party, are not covered by any Zovatti warranty.

Item purchased from a third party, are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

Item purchased from an online website besides Zovatti.com, the product is not covered under warranty and is non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

Item purchased from a third party do not have a value to Zovatti or Zovatti.com
