Zovatti offers a comprehensive repair service for its watches. Limitations may apply to watches no longer in production.
For a $75 fee any watch can be repaired and sent back to you. You are responsible for sending the watch to the facility address above to have your item inspected, repaired, and returned to you.
Watch repair timelines can vary, but Zovatti prides itself on customer service, so it is usually a quick turnaround.
Common repairs accepted are: battery replacement, replacement of gaskets, proper fitment and alignment, band replacement, clasp repair, reoiling, glass replacement, and hand replacement. Heavy watch body damage, including misalignment of the body, is not usually repairable — please contact us if this is a concern.
