I need help using my watch?
Each watch may have a different set of instructions. Please visit our watches section and select the watch you have. At the lower section you will see a "More Info" section that can expand and has specific instructions for your particular watch.
I need help changing my watch battery?
You may have your watched battery changed by Zovatti by selecting the Repair/Refurbish option above. For a fee of $75 your watch will maintain its warranty and any issues with the watch will be resolved. For replacing the watch battery yourself please read the following: Each watch may have a different set of instructions. Please visit our watches section and select the watch you have. At the lower section you will see a "More Info" section that can expand and has specific instructions for replacing your watches battery. Please note that your warranty may be voided due to the replacement of the battery unless Zovatti does the repair.
I think my watch is malfunctioning, can you help me?
Yes, you may have your watch inspected and fixed by Zovatti by selecting the Repair/Refurbish option above. For a fee of $75 your watch will maintain its warranty and any issues with the watch will be resolved. If you suspect that the watch is in good working order but you may need help using its functions please first visit our watches section and select the watch you have. At the lower section you will see a "More Info" section that can expand and has specific instructions for the functions of your watch. Common Policy Questions
If I purchased the item during a sale or with a discount code, can I return or exchange the item, what is the warranty coverage, and what is the value of the item?
Item purchased during a sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless specifically stated in sale advertisement. Normal warranty against manufacturing defects apply even if purchased with discount code or on sale unless specifically stated. Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale have a value based after the discount or sale is applied. Items are not returnable for MSRP. Returns will require the customer to return the watch via mail. A restocking fee may be charged and will be based on the MSRP of the item before any discounts or sales are applied.
Does Zovatti collect or sell my personal information?
Zovatti collects some information to process an order but nothing else. We do not store credit card information. Upon completion of the order your order infromation is stored in case of returns, exchanges, or warranty processing. We do not sell your information to anyone for any reason.
Does Zovatti buy personal information from someone?
Zovatti does not purchase personal data from anyone.
If I purchased the item from a third party, can I return or exchange the item, what is the warranty coverage, and what is the value of the item?
Item purchased from a third party, are not covered by any Zovatti warranty. Item purchased from a third party, are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Item purchased from an online website besides Zovatti.com, the product is not covered under warranty and is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Item purchased from a third party do not have a value to Zovatti or Zovatti.com
Common Promotional Code Questions
How often can I use the certificate code?
You may use the code for as many watches as you would like in a given year after being given the code unless otherwise stated that they expire.
I have lost my code I received at a event, can you help?
Yes, please reach out to us via our contact page and we can help determine your code.
Is the code valid toward watches or toward the total of the whole order?
The code will discount each watch by the certificate amount and you may order as many watches as you would like. For example an order of 2 watches, using a $150 discount, would earn $300 in discounts toward the total cost.
When will my code no longer work or reactivate?
A code is generally good for one year after the certificate is handed out.
If I use a certficate do I still get a warranty on the watch I am purchasing?
No, a discounted product does not have a warranty, you will be prompted to add a warranty to your watch purchase.
Policy Definition Questions
What is considered normal use?
The wearing of a timepiece on the wrist while the person is active excludes activities that may result in falling on the watch, doing something with the watch outside of time keeping and inherent functions of the watch, or taking the watch apart.
What is a first party or direct website purchase?
A first party watch or direct purchase of the watch is using the Zovatti.com website to purchase the watch. Any authorized distributor of the watch is considered a first party purchase as those purchases will be made directly through Zovatti.com. Any other receiving of the watch is not considered first party.
What is a third party purchase?
A third party watch purchase is defined as receiving the watch not directly from Zovatti or an authorized seller. Users of websites such as Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, etc, are considered 3rd party sellers.
What is the difference between promotional codes, certificate code, and gift cards?
A promotional code and a certificate code are temporary codes for use on the Zovatti website during checkout. Gift card codes are not considered temporary but may have an expiration date or depletion rate from the card's current value.
What is a restocking fee?
A restocking fee is a fee to have an item that is in the condition to be returned to be put back into distribution. A buyer may be required to pay for a restocking fee if the product was deemed to be returned outside of original damage or malfunction.

Watch Exchange Policy
A watch can be exchanged for the same value watch or put toward the purchase of another higher value watch if the watch is in returnable condition. 90 Day Warranty Policy
A watch can be returned within 90 days when the product is found to arrived or developed a product defect due to normal usage and was purchased directly from Zovatti.com Please contact us using our support page to begin the return process.
1 Year Warranty Policy
A 1 Year Warranty covers any damage to the watch during normal usage for one year after the date of purchase. Please contact us using our support page.
3 Year Warranty Policy
A 3 Year Warranty covers any damage to the watch during normal usage for three year after the date of purchase. Please contact us using our support page.
Damage On Delivery Policy
Any product that arrives damaged is covered under the 90 day warranty upon purchase of the item from the Zovatti.com website. Please contact us using our support page.
Damage With Normal Use Policy
Any product that becomes damaged upon normal use is covered under the 90 day warranty upon purchase of the item from the Zovatti.com website. If an extended warranty was purchased then it would subsequently be covered under that warranty. Please contact us using our support page.
Damage With Non Standard Use Policy
A watch will not be covered under any warranty or policy if the watch has been used outside of its normal functions. Please contact us using our support page before attempting to repair the product.
Watch Band Policy
A watches band is not covered under any warranty. Damage to the watches band can usually be fixed if returned to Zovatti for repair. If you would like to purchase a new band a new one may be available, please contact us using our support page.
Watch Battery Policy
A internal watch battery is not covered in any warranty. Improper replacement of the watches battery may result in voiding of any warranty. If you suspect your watches battery is dead you can choose to replace it yourself, voiding protection against any damage from that replacement. You may also take it a watch repair that will likely be able to replace the battery with no issue, but would void any protection against damage from that replacement. And lastly you can opt to have the watch mailed to us for battery replacement, which will not void your watches warranty policy if that policy is still active. The shipping fee and repair fee will be organized before you ship your watch for repair. Upon payment your watch can be repaired and mailed back to you.
