Using A Promotional Certificate

Did you receive a promotional certificate at a event or as a promotional item? Please follow these steps to sucessfully use your certificate.


Step 1 - Find Your Promotional Code


  • Every certificate will have a code under a scratch off portion of the certificate, this will be your promotional code.

    • Step 2 - Choose Your Watch(s)


  • You can visit our homepage or the watches page to view and select a watch to add to your cart. Remember you can have multiple watches and receive the discount for each watch added and you can choose to add a warranty.

    • Step 3 - Enter Your Promotional Code


  • Click on the cart symbol in the upper menu portion of our website. Once in the cart there is a textbox called promotional code, you can add in your promotional code and apply it to your order. Remember to apply the code and then check the discount section that will display your dollar discount.

    • Step 4 - Finish Checking Out


  • You can now finish checking out using your name, address, and payment information. If you have further questions please check the common questions listed below.

    How often can I use the certificate code?
    You may use the code for as many watches as you would like in a given year after being given the code.
    I have lost my code, can you help?
    Yes, please reach out to us via our Support page and we can help determine your code.
    Is the code valid toward watches or toward the total of the whole order?
    The code will discount each watch by the certificate amount and you may order as many watches as you would like. For example an order of 2 watches, using a $150 discount, would earn $300 in discounts toward the total cost.
    When will my code no longer work or reactivate?
    A code is generally good for one year after the certificate is handed out.
    If I use a certficate do I still get a warranty on the watch I am purchasing?
    No a discounted product does not have a warranty, you will be promted to add a warranty to your watch purchase.
